Software Integrator & Trainer (SIT)

This is the ideal position for a person who enjoys variety, challenges, working with other people and the satisfaction of helping other companies succeed. This person is responsible for the configuration, training and support of new and existing software installations - knowledge of manufacturing systems and flow is essential to be effective. Some travel is required, and is usually limited to support of the "go live" date of the customer's initial Bluestreak™ implementation.

 Qualifications:

• Direct knowledge of manufacturing systems and "flows".
• Several years of experience is mandatory. 
• Excellent oral and written communications, with the ability to explain complex systems in a language that is readily understood by non-technical people.
• Willing to travel, approximately 10%-20% of the time.
• Self motivator who enjoys the freedom to do what's necessary to get the job done.
• Enjoys learning new software and willing to collaborate on and test new designs.

Build & Continuous Integration Engineer (CIE)

We are recruiting for a Build & Continuous Integration Engineer to manage our source code repository, build servers and develop our continuous integration process. This position involves significant interaction with members of Development, QA and  Product Management. 

 Core Responsibilities include:

• Manage/perform automated builds
• Automated database restore/update, automated unit testing
• Implement ad-hoc changes to support Development /QA efforts
• Produce internal documentation regarding build status & changes
• Assist development in merge efforts
• Assist in building advanced delivery system to our customer

• Real-life knowledge with SCM systems (SVN, Vault), unit testing systems, CruiseControl in a .NET environment, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Virtual Server/VMware, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
• Excels at scripting & automation abilities
• Experience with full software development lifecycle
• Exposure to Agile Development methodologies a definite asset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multi-disciplinary team setting
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
• Understands importance of accuracy & responsiveness with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work flexible hours if require

Software Development Engineer (SDE)

This is where the fun begins for code gurus like you. As a hands-on Software Development Engineer, you’ll make decisions about design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to make a product vision a reality. If you like to write code, design efficient data structures and algorithms to develop next-generation applications or operating systems, this is the position for you. As a SDE, you’ll bring products to life by working with Customers and Program Managers to ensure strong design and quality through testing. Ultimately for the SDE, it’s your code that turns concepts into new technologies and services.

 Qualifications:

• 5-10 years hands-on programming experience in C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, and/or other computer programming languages and web-based applications preferred.
• OR... iOS programming knowledge for the iPhone and iPad.
• Manufacturing IT experience a huge plus.
• Ability to derive creative and innovative solutions by thinking “outside the box.”
• Expertise in feature definition, design, and feasibility.
• Demonstrated skill in estimating development time.
