Or perhaps how do we convey to our customers and prospects our dedication to quality and that dedication requires a significant ongoing investment that our competitors don’t do, so our prices are going to be a little higher.
The simple fact is, with few exceptions, your average customer or prospect cannot understand or doesn’t care about what you spend on quality. They assume they will get the same result from you or your competitors. They only get concerned about quality when there are obvious problems with the product, or if you cannot turn around the parts fast enough.
